WordPress Installation

Install the dat2ai plugin for automatic form detection and governance.

Prerequisites

  • WordPress 6.0 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 or higher
  • Admin access to your WordPress site

Download the Plugin

Or install from the WordPress plugin directory when available.

Install and Activate

Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in your WordPress admin. Upload the zip file and click Activate.

Enter Your Site Key

Navigate to Settings → dat2ai. Enter the Site Key from your dat2ai dashboard.

Scan Forms

Click Scan Forms in the plugin settings. The scanner auto-detects forms from:

  • Contact Form 7
  • WPForms
  • Gravity Forms
  • Ninja Forms
  • Elementor Forms
  • WooCommerce (checkout, cart, login, register, search, coupon)
  • Native HTML forms

Configure Tools

Review the detected forms and choose which ones to expose as AI tools. The plugin suggests tool names and field mappings automatically.

Save and Verify

Click Save Changes. The plugin will sync your configuration with the dat2ai dashboard. Check your dashboard for incoming events.
