1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the dat2ai platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.
2. Description of Service
dat2ai is a platform that enables and governs AI agent interactions with web forms using the WebMCP standard. The Service includes a JavaScript library, a management dashboard, and integrations (WordPress plugin, script tag). dat2ai provides tools for enabling AI-readable forms, monitoring agent interactions, managing consent, rate limiting, and compliance auditing.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; reverse-engineer or decompile the Service; use the Service to collect sensitive data (passwords, financial information, health data) without appropriate safeguards; exceed the rate limits or resource quotas of your plan; or resell access to the Service without written permission.
5. Plans and Billing
dat2ai offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Free plans are subject to usage limits (invocations, sites). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its source code, design, and documentation, is owned by dat2ai and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service. The dat2ai JavaScript library is distributed under the MIT License.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, dat2ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., audit logs).
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
