We collect information you provide directly: your email address and name when creating an account, billing information when subscribing to a paid plan, and any content you submit through our contact forms. We also collect usage data automatically, including browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction timestamps. Our core service processes metadata about AI agent interactions with web forms (invocation events, timing, consent records) but never captures passwords, credit card numbers, or other sensitive form field data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the dat2ai service; process transactions and send billing notifications; monitor and analyze usage patterns and platform performance; send administrative communications (security alerts, service updates); enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU). Sensitive field data captured by the dat2ai script is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event and analytics data is retained according to your plan tier (default: 90 days for free plans, 365 days for paid plans). You may request data export or deletion at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at info@dat2ai.com.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase for authentication and database hosting; Stripe for payment processing; Railway for application hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our service may set a session cookie to keep you logged in and a preference cookie for language and theme settings.
