Frequently Asked Questions
How do I upgrade?
Navigate to Dashboard > Account > Billing and click the upgrade button. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page to complete the payment.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, you can downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. Your data and configurations are preserved, but features beyond the new plan's limits become read-only.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You'll receive a warning notification at 80% usage. At 100%, new events are blocked and an upgrade prompt is displayed in the dashboard. Existing data and configurations remain accessible.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The Free plan is unlimited in time and includes core features. There's no separate trial period -- upgrade to Pro whenever you're ready for advanced features.
How is billing handled?
Billing is handled monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your Account page, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer annual pricing?
